Directions
Preparation
-
Clean both pieces with alcohol.
-
For plate, complete all painting on the underside
(back) as FolkArt®
Enamels should not come into contact with food. For goblet, be sure that
painted design is at least 4/5" away from the lip of the glass.

Practice One Stroke™ loading and painting techniques
as shown on the Reverse Painting and Special Arrangements Teaching
Guides.
Leaves:
-
Double load the 3/4" flat brush with Thicket and
Fresh Foliage.
-
Paint the large heart-shaped leaves on the plate.
-
Load the 1/2" brush with Italian Sage and add smaller
leaves as shown.

Double load the 1/2" flat brush with Thicket and
Fresh Foliage. Paint heart-shaped leaves on the goblet.
Violets:
-
Double load the 1/2" flat brush with Wicker White and
Violet Pansy. Paint the flowers on both pieces, overlapping petals as
you go.

Dip the tip of the script liner brush in Sunflower.
Lightly dot several times in the center of each flower.
Finish
Allow the paint to cure for 21 days before using, or bake according to
instructions on the paint bottle.
